League Registration

Registration Overview

We are pleased to announce our new customized online registration program with "Curling IO" which will provide you with a streamlined registration process, making it easier for you to secure your curling league. Every team member is required to register as an individual through the link below that is specific to your night of curling.

Information collected during registration will be used for NHCC/Curling Alberta purposes only.

  1. All returning team members must be registered online through Curling IO on or before August 19, 2024.  Registration for these leagues is private so we can ensure returning teams have their spot in their league first.

  2. Payment is due on or before September 6, 2024.

  3. Fees and priority of entry rules are available upon request by email or telephone.

  4. Completed online registration and/or registration fees not submitted by the deadline will result in a team moving to the wait list. No exceptions.

Curling IO Step by Step Registration

  1. Use the League links below to register for the league you were enrolled in last season.  Click on the link for your league to open up the registration page.

  2. Click the Login link in the top right of this screen. If you don't see a "Login" link, then you're probably already logged in, and can skip the rest of these instructions.

  3. You should now see a screen giving you two options: Send me a Login Link and Login with Gmail.

  4. If you use Gmail, then the fastest way to login is simply selecting the red Login with Gmail button and you'll be logged in and can skip the rest of these instructions.

  5. If you don't have a Gmail, then you'll need to enter your email address and select the Send me a Login Link button.

  6. Curling IO will immediately send you an email containing a link that you can click which automatically logs you in.

  7. If for some reason you can't click the link, (maybe you sent it to your phone but are using a computer), you can instead copy the "Token" from the email and paste it into the "Token" field back in Curling I/O.

  8. You should now be logged in, and most likely back on your "Cart" screen.

  9. If you have issues with registering, please read instructions in link. "Registering for a League | Curling I/O".

Curling Alberta Annual Fee

Clubs are required to collect the $17 individual curler fee as a part of the regular league or program registration fees. Fees do not apply to learn to curl or school programs. By making this $17 annual contribution, curlers play a fundamental part in securing the future of the sport in Alberta.

The Curling Alberta fee is a one-time annual payment per individual.  If you have paid this fee as part of your registration for another league, you are not required to pay it again.

Payment

NHCC is able to accept cash, cheque or e-transfer payments.  Cash or cheque payments can be dropped off at the club’s office.

Please send your payment through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to payments@nhcc.caPlease provide your full name and the night of curling you are registering for in the title of the email.
