After Work Leagues

North Hill Curling Club welcomes rental leagues that play right after work. Most are prepared to accept players that aren't associated with the core group of the league.

Buzzer Rule
The Buzzer will sound 1 hour and 50 minutes (1:50) after the Scheduled start time. When the buzzer sounds teams may only complete the end in progress. Unless the Last (16th) stone has crossed the nearer hog line. In this case an additional end may be played.

Open League – Monday at 4:30 p.m.
This fun, recreational league is open to all teams: includes a mix of men's and/or women's and/or mixed teams, no rules to the make-up of the team. We have fun mingling after our Monday draws, our entry fee includes a little play-off money and two skins games formats.

Calgary Premier Super League – Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
The Calgary Premier Super League (“CPSL”) promotes competitive curling in Calgary, by attracting the top curlers from the Calgary area including men’s, women’s, junior and senior teams, with the ultimate goal of having one or more teams represent Alberta at the National level.

Esso Mixed League – Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
A company league mostly comprised of Esso employees, current or otherwise and friends. Must have at least one Esso employee per team.
